What’s the best way to take care of my jewelry?

The main difference between jewelry and say, a tank, is that jewelry can be delicate.  Avoid impacts with hard objects and dropping.  Even with normal use, metal can wear over time,  it is suggested that jewelry get inspected every 6 months to maintain the lifetime warranty.

For a light polish, rub it with the polishing pad included with your purchase.

Almost all jewelry can be cleaned with dish soap, water and a toothbrush.  Certain stones can break in an ultrasonic but others are seemingly impervious to this method.  If you have any questions on the care of your specific piece, feel free to reach out.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

Absolutely! A lot of thought has been put into the package design reflecting the high level of quality and detail that  goes into the creation of each piece.  Upon receipt of your jewelry, you will  feel like you are opening a well deserved gift to yourself.  If the piece is for someone else, they will feel that same sense of excitement!

What payment methods do you accept?

Edaví accepts a wide variety of payment methods, all major credit cards are accepted through our secure shop platform.  If you would like to pay via Venmo or PayPal, please reach out to me and I will be happy to accommodate you.

For pieces of jewelry over $500, a payment plan can be arranged.

How do Payment Plans Work?

If a piece catches your eye but you don't have the funds to purchase it outright, this is the option for you!

A deposit of at least 20% is required to reserve the piece.  Then on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule, depending on what works best for you, a regular payment will be made via Venmo or Paypal. Once the final payment is made, your new piece will be shipped out to you!

I am flexible in this aspect because I know that things come up.  However, if a week goes by after a scheduled payment that hasn't been received and I haven't heard from you, I will assume that you would like to forfeit your hold on the piece and convert the payments that you have made into a store credit for a future purchase.

In all honesty, I love this method because we get to connect in a meaningful way.  I look forward to hearing from you!
