How It Works
All purchases will be sent out via USPS Flat Rate Package service. As the purchaser of these fine goods, you accept full responsibility of the goods once they are dropped at the post office and tracking information is provided to you. Packages come with $50 included insurance but additional insurance can be added on to the purchase if you like. Returns & Refunds
How We Do It
Life happens and I want to be able to offer something that provides a sense of comfort while still being fair. If you change your mind for any reason within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, please reach out and I will offer a refund minus original shipping costs upon safe return of the item.
The item must not have been worn and shipping back will be your responsibility.
If the item indicates wear, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be processed. Through out this time, we will be in communication so that we are on the same page. Thank you for understanding!
Warranty Disclaimer
Essential Information
Edaví jewelry is meant to be worn and I stand behind its quality. All pieces come with a lifetime guaranty against minor issues as long as you get the piece inspected by a jeweler every six months. Jewelry can be fragile — even a well-constructed ring may fall victim to being knocked and dinged against hard surfaces. As long as the pieces I create are treated with care, they will be heirlooms that can be passed from generation to generation. If your piece has been taken care of and an issue arrised due to normal wear, I will repair it at no cost. If there are signs of neglect, repairs will be on a case by case basis.
If you ever want a piece to be polished, I am happy to offer that service for only the cost of shipping!
